  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item received does not match the description on our website.

Refunds will not be issued if:​

  • Minor variations occur in handmade items (size, color, pattern), as these are natural and part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.

  • The item is custom or personalized per your specifications.

3. Full and Partial Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued in cases where an item is returned in a used or altered condition not caused by manufacturing defects.

4. Return Process

  • Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

  • Once your return is approved, you may send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer standard exchanges.
